we booked this bus for 10:45. i got a message to get there for 10:15. we arrived at 10:15 to be told the bus will arrive at 11:30. it turned up at 12:00 which was an 1:15 late. the bus service station was poor in communicating with us.
the bus was a 9 seater with reclining seats and air con which was very comfortable.

I was, actually, a very nice and pleasant trip. We couldn't find the starting point so we asked customer help service on what's app where is the pickup point. We got the answer in 5 seconds. Very professional. The bus driver was a very nice guy and the bus was very comfortable. We recommend using this service any time!
Mini bus was new and comfortable, we couldn't choose our seats and we had to sit at the back, seatbelt wasn't working, journey was horrendous to Dalat, road conditions quite bad, quite scary as everyone overtakes with no visibility over bends, driver beeped horn constantly. But the worst part was that we had to wait at a random point for the bus with no signs and the driver was an hour late. We contacted the WhatsApp hotline number 2 hours before we were picked up and we received no response until the van showed up, we literally lost every hope that we would have been picked up. Really stressful
Everything was excellent. Apart from that we did not arrive 30 minutes before and we got an impatient call from the driver where we were. Apparently he wanted to leave 30 minutes before.
